  • Common Areas & Offices

    • Dusting: Surfaces, desks, tabletops, and accessible light fixtures.

    • Glass & Mirrors: Spot-cleaning glass partitions, entry doors, and mirrors to remove smudges.

    • Floors: Vacuuming carpets or sweeping and mopping hard floors.

    • Waste Management: Emptying all trash bins and replacing liners.

    • High-Touch Points: Sanitizing door handles, light switches, and elevator buttons.

    Restrooms

    • Sanitization: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting toilets, urinals, and sinks.

    • Fixtures: Polishing faucets, towel racks, and toilet paper holders.

    • Surfaces: Wiping down countertops, mirrors, and cabinet exteriors.

    • Floors: Sweeping and mopping floors with disinfectant solution.

    • Restocking: Refilling soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper.

    • Dusting: Baseboards, door frames, window blinds/window treatments

    • Deep Sanitization: Disinfect stall locks, grab rails, and the underside of all fixtures.

    • Grout & Tile: Use a grout brush and heavy-duty cleaner to scrub all floor and wall tile lines.

    • Dispensers: Clean the inside and exterior of soap, paper towel, and toilet paper dispensers.

    • Drain Maintenance: Treat floor drains to ensure they are clean and free of odors.

    Kitchen / Break Room

    • Appliance Deep-Dive:

      • Microwaves: Clean interior ceiling, walls, and turntable.

      • Refrigerators: Wipe down interior shelves, drawers, and door seals (gaskets).

      • Coffee Stations: Clean the machine exterior, drip tray, and surrounding counter zone

    • Detail-clean and disinfect the area behind and under portable appliances.

    • Clean cabinet fronts, including handles and knobs (high-germ hotspots).
